What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Track performance and drive growth through diagnostics and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in B2B sales and leadership roles
- Proven coaching or mentoring expertise
- A passion for elevating sales talent and client success
- Experience in sales, hiring, and team development
- Confidence working independently in a flexible, remote setup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a consultancy or coaching role
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
