Job Description

- Provides advice and guidance to team members and managers on both routine and complex or sensitive employee relations issues to resolve work-related conflicts and promote increased communication.
- Provides efficient, consistent, and prompt consultative employee relations services to people leaders
- Advises leaders on employee relations issues and strategies ensuring that risks associated are effectively managed (e.g., discipline, coaching team members, performance management)
- Assists team members with the interpretation of Company policies and responds to team member inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Conducts investigations into employee related alleged misconduct and inappropriate workplace behavior, applying the appropriate amount of time and diligence based on the nature of the case and facts presented.
- Provides an overall strategic view of the employee relations issues facing management, conducts trend analysis and creates training to get in front of issues.
- Collaborates on complex employee relations projects or initiatives. Partners with HRBPs, Legal, Compliance and other key stakeholders as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organisational Development or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. Or equivalent
- Extensive relevant experience in human resources, Employee Relations, or Employment Law.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a changing work environment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy level
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
- Ability to take initiative, be assertive, and resourceful to address company and customer needs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling and analysing case detail translating findings into actionable recommendations for management.
- Coaching and Mentoring – Provides expertise and guidance across multiple functional areas; is viewed as a coach and mentor

Job Profile SummaryThe Employee Relations Partner focuses on fostering positive workplace relationships and resolving employment-related issues within the organisation. Serving as a trusted advisor, this position involves providing guidance to all team members and managers on a variety of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws in the appropriate countries. This role involves striking a balance between risk mitigation and enhancing the employee experience by addressing concerns and facilitating fair solutions. Areas of primary responsibility include addressing conflicts, investigations, corrective action, coaching & counseling for people leaders, accommodations, and policy interpretation.
