What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop individualized employment action plans with customers to guide them toward achieving their employment goals
- Maintain regular communication with customers to monitor progress and ensure ongoing eligibility for program services
- Assist customers in accessing essential resources such as vocational training, childcare, and mental health services
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with team members to address participant issues and provide effective support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the state of Idaho
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work one day at the Department of Labor or local library
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
