      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain working relationships with customers while monitoring their engagement and progress
      - Liaise with customers regularly to achieve program goals and maintain eligibility for services
      - Assist customers throughout the application process, from enrollment to benefit awarding
      - Help customers secure services that support their program goals, such as training, medical, and legal assistance
      - Maintain accurate case notes and document all customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Previous case management experience preferred
      - Experience with employment services, including resume building and mock interviews, preferred
      - Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the human services sector
      - Familiarity with outreach and engagement strategies
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Knowledge of local resources available for customer support
      - Proficiency in using case management software
