- Manage day-to-day operations and governance of Mindtickle platform.
- Own and support Whatfix (Digital Adoption Platform) across environments.
- Ensure platform compliance, workflows, and content management standards.
- Support onboarding and program setup for enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to improve platform adoption and user experience.
- Contribute to integrations (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement strategy initiatives.
- Maintain governance frameworks and scalable processes across tools.
- Hands-on experience with Mindtickle or similar enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Allego).
- Experience with digital adoption tools like Whatfix, WalkMe, or Pendo.
- Strong experience in platform operations, governance, and support workflows.
- Ability to manage content, compliance, and admin functions effectively.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting Sales or GTM (Go-To-Market) teams preferred.
- Background in enablement, learning platforms, or revenue-focused environments.
- Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Clari, or similar platforms is a plus.

Contract Type: W2
Duration: 2+ months (Potential for extension or full-time conversion)

Pay Range: $25 - $27.97 per hour
