What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Sales and Agent Support in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle
- Create, update, and organize onboarding materials, job aids, FAQs, email templates, and step-by-step guides for agents
- Support the execution of training sessions, webinars, and resource rollouts in coordination with product launches and seasonal cycles
- Collect feedback from agents, partners, and internal teams to improve resources and identify process gaps
- Draft and maintain enablement communications, including playbooks, toolkits, and training updates for internal and external audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, marketing/communications, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and basic familiarity with agent or channel partner environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working cross-functionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools
- Comfortable supporting training initiatives and speaking on webinars or workshops
