What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and audit CRM fields, flows, and data structures to ensure alignment with student life-cycle support
- Support connected account setup and partner configuration in Salesforce CRM for automation readiness
- Assist in updating and storing best practices, workflows, and guides for users
- Monitor the SSC knowledge base for system processes and automation readiness
- Escalate and track technical issues impacting SSC operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or business systems enablement
- Strong data management skills, including data quality, reporting, and dashboards; CRM experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience with Salesforce, SQL, and/or other marketing automation platform administration
- Experience in a highly matrixed or call-center environment; higher education experience is a plus
- Prior experience supporting user enablement, training, or system adoption
