      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales process from start to finish
      - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels
      - Educate Higher-Ed and Municipal Decision-Makers on Guaranteed Savings Contracts
      - Develop executive-level relationships
      - Lead the solution development team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience with ESCO sales
      - Bachelor of Science degree preferred
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Understanding of financial statements and operating budgets
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level
      - Ability to produce persuasive proposals through exceptional writing skills
      - Travel Required: Up to 50%
