      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the sales process from initiation to completion
      - Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
      - Educate decision-makers in Higher Education and Municipal sectors on Guaranteed Savings Contracts
      - Build and maintain executive-level relationships and lead the solution development team
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed annual quotas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESCO sales
      - Bachelor of Science degree preferred
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills
      - Understanding of financial statements and operating budgets
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite
      - Ability to produce persuasive proposals for RFPs and RFQs
      - Experience in proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level
