      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create delightful member interactions, ensuring a top-tier member experience
      - Partner with Customer Success and clients to design and execute successful enrollments and engagement campaigns
      - Travel onsite to clients across the United States to drive user enrollment processes
      - Assist with feedback on improving enrollment events, providing solutions and problem-solving
      - Own member questions live and on-site, escalating complex issues to Support and Developer teams as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Currently located on the East Coast, preferably in the Northeast, near a major airport
      - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position, ideally in a field or events role managing logistics
      - Professional experience in a travel-heavy role, with the ability to travel at least 50% of the time seasonally
      - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and possess a valid Driver's License

      - Bilingual in Spanish, both conversationally and in writing
