What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies for designated territories, including identifying partnerships and cultivating local affiliations
- Generate new leads through various prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, and leveraging customer referrals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Comcast products and services
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
- Prepare sales and activity reports, maintaining accurate sales records and metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent coursework and experience may be considered
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in presenting and negotiating
- Knowledge of Network Design, SDWAN, and Network Security
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed, demonstrating punctuality and reliability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in direct selling and cold calling within a technology or telecommunications environment
- Familiarity with MAN technologies, including WDM and Ethernet
- Background in Cybersecurity and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results
- Enthusiastic learner and advocate for innovative technology solutions
