What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prospect Enterprise customers using outbound sales strategies and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
- Drive market expansion by building relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise businesses
- Understand customer needs and position immigration solutions as essential to their strategy
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on progress and forecasts in CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility
- Proven track record of closing deals in the Enterprise segment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a pipeline in a high-volume sales environment
