      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the entire sales cycle targeting HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders at enterprise-sized companies (10k+) within your defined regional US territory
      - Understand customer needs and map Wagmo's solutions to their challenges
      - Serve as a trusted advisor to educate companies on pet wellness and the value of Wagmo’s offerings
      - Build, manage, and prioritize your sales pipeline within your territory
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Wagmo’s brand and product offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience, specifically selling into HR and Total Rewards leaders
      - Experience selling early-stage products and working with Brokers or Channel Partners
      - Startup experience with an entrepreneurial drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
      - Experience with CRM and sales-related tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of overachievement in sales roles (e.g., President's Club, Rep of the Year)
      - Experience managing outbound campaigns (email, phone, etc.) to generate leads
      - A team-player attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the company’s mission
