What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the end-to-end sales process for mid-sized and large employers, creating market demand and developing effective buyer strategies
- Build a robust and high-quality sales pipeline through outreach and collaboration with Sales Development and Channel teams
- Secure meetings with HR buyers, utilizing creativity and persistence to engage decision-makers
- Effectively position Maven’s value proposition based on a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and buyer needs
- Manage the entire sales process, achieving sales goals and coordinating follow-up with prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in a direct sales role, with at least 2 years selling to HR functions within large employers (over 10,000 employees)
- Proven exceptional sales performance history with documented achievements
- Experience leading end-to-end sales processes for complex deals
- Excellent presentation and strong organizational skills, including proficiency in Salesforce
- Detailed knowledge of the healthcare system and digital health space, including industry trends
