What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of SaaS experience
- 3+ years of experience selling into financial institutions or contact centers/customer experience software
- 3+ years of complex sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance expectations
- Outstanding communication skills across multiple channels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message
