What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell cybersecurity solutions to SLED agencies, aiming to exceed annual recurring revenue quotas
- Manage Enterprise Accounts from initial contact through contract signing and upselling
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within Enterprise Accounts
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure timely renewal and expansion sales
- Maintain accurate data and documentation across all sales systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of direct enterprise sales experience, specifically in SLED accounts
- Proven track record in closing new accounts and growing existing customer relationships
- Experience in negotiating complex sales with large organizations
- Strong understanding of security, email, cloud, and AI technologies
- Ability to prospect and develop pipeline effectively in an early-stage environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel
- Previous success in early-stage or underdog companies competing against larger organizations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan
- Residing in the Southern California territory
