      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with advisors to promote Wealthsimple for Business group retirement offerings
      - Partner with advisors to review quote specifications and present proposals to potential clients
      - Actively prospect new business opportunities and engage with C-suite, VP, and Director level prospects
      - Build a deep pipeline of potential customers through outbound efforts and networking
      - Manage and organize 40+ opportunities in Salesforce while running a disciplined sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience selling or advising Group Retirement / Workplace Savings in the Canadian market
      - Proven track record of perseverance and success in sales
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
      - Experience managing a sales pipeline in uncertain environments
      - Location preference for candidates in Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia) or Quebec

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
      - Bilingual in French
