      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit and hire a world-class team of enterprise sellers, ensuring timely onboarding and budget adherence
      - Manage and enable enterprise sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and milestones
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy for the region to enhance collaborative selling
      - Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver effective product demonstrations and proof-of-concept programs
      - Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to drive value realization and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in security, networking, and/or software solutions
      - 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business development
      - Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ and high-value transactions over $1M+
      - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value
      - Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
