      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure smooth product implementations and drive product adoption
      - Build strategic relationships with customers to address business challenges and expand account revenue
      - Provide expert guidance and actionable insights to maximize customer success with the platform
      - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance operations and scalability
      - Act as a liaison between customers and the Product team to share insights and feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
      - Proven track record of successful product implementations and account management
      - Strong communication skills to articulate complex problems to diverse audiences
      - Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
      - Experience in building and nurturing relationships with customers and colleagues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with APIs and their application in customer workflows and integrations
      - Experience with support or ticketing platforms like Intercom or Zendesk
      - Basic coding skills in HTML and CSS for simple edits
