      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market share with large enterprise clients
      - Meet or exceed annual sales quotas while managing a robust sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with internal teams to pursue new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction
      - Maintain knowledge of healthcare benefits and regulatory trends impacting HSA adoption
      - Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of 7 years of strategic selling experience to Fortune 2000 companies
      - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with human resource leadership
      - Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Demonstrated experience in upselling products and working effectively with strategic partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling consumer-directed benefit solutions, wellness programs, or health plans
      - Familiarity with the broker/consultant landscape, including firms like Mercer and Aon
      - Ability to develop solutions for complex requirements in RFPs
      - Experience in channel partnerships and selling through benefit brokers
