What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to enhance market share with large employers
- Meet or exceed annual sales quotas while cross-selling additional products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve quarterly sales goals
- Stay informed about healthcare benefits and regulatory trends impacting HSA adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of strategic selling experience to Fortune 2000 companies
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with human resource leadership
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in selling through channel partnerships and benefit brokers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with consumer-directed benefit solutions and understanding of employee benefits
- Ability to develop solutions for complex requirements in RFPs
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with and through strategic partners
- Experience in upselling new products to current clients
