      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to position the employer as a leading provider of consumer-directed benefits
      - Meet or exceed annual sales quotas while managing a robust sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with internal teams to pursue new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction
      - Target and partner with health plans, brokers, and third-party partners to expand market reach
      - Stay informed on healthcare benefits and regulatory trends affecting HSA adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
      - 7+ years of strategic selling experience to F2000 companies with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
      - Experience managing complex sales cycles (500K+ ARR) to human resource leadership
      - Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Strong understanding of employee benefits and the broker/consultant landscape

      - Proven ability to work effectively with and through strategic partners in the Enterprise market
      - Experience selling through channel partnerships and benefit brokers
      - Ability to prospect new employers and generate pipeline through targeted sales activities
      - Demonstrated experience in upselling new products to current clients
