What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute a robust pipeline to meet sales targets
- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with the product team for feature development
- Utilize sales tools to find, prospect, and qualify new leads
- Conduct software demonstrations, manage contract negotiations, and close sales
- Foster lasting relationships with top enterprises, industry partners, and small to mid-sized businesses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, specifically targeting government contractors
- Strong portfolio of contacts in the government contracting space, specifically with top 200 entities
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and SalesLoft
- Demonstrated experience in sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DC, Virginia, or Baltimore area
