What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in designing and writing survey questionnaires
- Test online surveys to ensure functionality, content accuracy, and logic
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using tools like SPSS and Excel
- Support the creation of PowerPoint reports summarizing research findings
- Coordinate with external vendors and track project timelines and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or coursework in market research or healthcare/pharma
- Familiarity with SPSS or similar data analysis tools
