What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and coordinate telecom operations to ensure a great experience for pilots and customers
- Lead the recruitment and training of new pilots through the online training program
- Prepare for pilot site arrivals to ensure timely project delivery
- Address on-site issues and maintain high standards of quality and service
- Support pilots with site access and project planning needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment (transactional work, logistics, customer service, or hospitality)
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest or experience in technology and the drone space
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements
- Relevant experience with drones and/or photography
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Docs) and Slack
- Exceptional customer service skills
