      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement product configurators within Epicor CPQ, defining product options and pricing logic
      - Develop and maintain automated workflows for generating quotes, proposals, and CAD drawings
      - Collaborate with IT for seamless integration of Epicor CPQ with ERP and CRM systems
      - Provide training and ongoing support to sales reps and end-users on the CPQ platform
      - Identify and implement process optimization strategies to enhance sales and manufacturing efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with CPQ software, preferably Epicor CPQ (KBMax)
      - Experience in manufacturing, engineering-to-order (ETO), or configure-to-order (CTO) environments
      - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot configuration errors and optimize system performance
      - Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and ability to train non-technical users
      - Basic understanding of CAD automation and APIs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Epicor CPQ's Snap rules engine or similar logic-building tools
      - Understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and manufacturing workflows for complex products
      - Experience with SolidWorks/AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, or cloud-based software administration
