      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with current customers to address their evolving business needs
      - Generate new business leads through cold calling and follow up on industry leads with the marketing department
      - Travel to client sites to assess needs and recommend equipment replacements or new installations
      - Become a subject matter expert on the company's product and service offerings
      - Coordinate with service managers and technicians to enhance service activities and ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the car wash or related industries
      - Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
      - Familiarity with sales cycles, typically ranging from 30-90 days
      - Ability to work independently and manage time and travel effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in capital equipment sales or broadline sales within the convenience store industry
      - Proficient in CRM systems, with a strong preference for SalesForce.com
      - Demonstrated ability to make value-added recommendations based on customer needs
      - Highly energetic sales personality with a customer-focused approach
      - Proven track record of effectively managing business expenses and timely completion of expense reports
