      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and maintenance of supply chain training materials related to ERP functionality
      - Participate in the creation of e-learning modules and learner engagement strategies
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop user manuals for the ERP system
      - Deliver training sessions in various formats to end-users at different levels
      - Track end-user completion status and training metrics to measure effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of experience in business administration, curriculum and instruction, marketing, communications, or related field in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP applications such as Infor/Lawson, Oracle, or Workday
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and/or delivering training to end-users
      - Expertise with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or advanced degree related to healthcare
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare supply chain environment
