What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and troubleshoot issues professionally
- Prepare shipping documents, including manifests for hazardous materials
- Serve as the primary contact for Sales, Operations, and Customer Support Management
- Investigate billing discrepancies and manage invoicing and collections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in waste disposal or a related field
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
- Commitment to customer service and ability to actively listen to clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with waste characterization principles and practices
- Familiarity with basic accounting processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documentation and technical procedures
