What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from ABET
- 12+ years of Engineering experience, or 10+ years with an advanced degree
- U.S. citizenship is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
- Familiarity with project management and business processes & practices
- Familiarity with global public-private funding programs
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Background in collaborative technology partnerships
