- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
- Create and execute comprehensive event sponsorship packages that align with the company’s strategic objectives and revenue targets.
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to building strong relationships with existing clients, including advertising agencies, corporate clients, and individuals by cold calling/emailing, attending events, and online networking.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the event production and media planning team to ensure smooth campaign execution, including managing client expectations, providing excellent customer service and consistent project progress updates.
- Prepare proposals and contracts for integrated event packages, including gathering necessary information and contributing to pricing discussions.
- Contribute to regular reporting on sales metrics and market trends, providing valuable insights to the Senior Events Sponsorship Manager.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support business growth initiatives.
- Undertake the responsibilities of the role using the tools, software or technologies that may be available or required at the time.
- Achieve the outcomes and results of the role as described above using the most appropriate methodologies and best practices available or required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Professional experience in a sponsorship, project management and execution role with a proven track record of at least 2+ years.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and contribute to presentations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated relationship building.
- A passion for sales, customer service, events, and media planning, along with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously and bring projects to successful completion.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution.
- Strategically minded with attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
- High level of self-awareness and ability to recognize when a project needs adjustment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying concepts, including digital, print, and event sponsorships.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce, or a willingness to learn these tools.

- Effective, clear, and timely communication in verbal and written form to collaborate and liaison with stakeholders.
- Prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlines. Ensure all relevant parties are updated as changes occur.
- Working irregular hours is periodically necessary (nights and weekends and potential travel)
- Utilize computers, software systems and tools to support internal and external partners.
- Adapt to rapidly changing business needs with a sense of urgency to address critical operational issues using cognitive judgment.

The pay scale for this position is $70,000-$76,000. This role is incentive eligible. This is the pay scale range the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
