      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding and skills development
      - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources
      - Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
      - Evaluate and manage sales enablement technologies and tools
      - Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives for achieving targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
      - Proven experience of 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training
      - Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems
      - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team
      - Strong project management skills and attention to detail
