What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director, including complex calendar management and meeting preparation
- Anticipate priorities and proactively manage shifting demands while serving as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, and briefing materials
- Own and improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes, leading cross-functional projects
- Manage vendors, IT coordination, and HR administration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives and Board of Directors
- Strong project management and systems-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships while demonstrating high emotional intelligence
- Bachelor's Degree strongly desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones
- Proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and project management tools
- Knowledge of CRM systems, social media tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
