      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars and coordinating travel
      - Oversee data collection initiatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
      - Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access to important documents
      - Track and analyze data trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making
      - Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or in a similar administrative role
      - Strong proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
      - Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
      - Must have 2+ years of savings/checking banking account experience
