      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional and confidential executive support to multiple executives and their teams
      - Manage heavy calendar schedules and resolve conflicts in appointments
      - Coordinate and arrange business travel, meetings, and events
      - Assist with special projects and administrative tasks for multiple departments
      - Collaborate with other executive assistants on logistics for important events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of Executive/Admin Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
      - Outstanding written and oral communication skills
      - Experience managing busy calendars and proficiency in Google GSuite, Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing several busy calendars in a startup environment
      - Knowledge of Google GSuite, Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
