      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial contact for scheduling meetings and appointments for the Chief Executive Officer
      - Enter data and generate monthly reports for various programs or departments as requested
      - Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant individuals
      - Maintain confidential projects and corporate records, ensuring proper organization
      - Assist in organizing quarterly Board meetings and other special meetings, managing logistics and details

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or college-level courses preferred
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in practical office management and/or non-profit administrative experience
      - Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid Arizona driver's license
      - Ability to provide DPS fingerprint clearance
      - Must meet training and agency compliance requirements for the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in managing donor databases and communications
      - Familiarity with non-profit organizational structures and operations
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
