      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level executive administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including preparing correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
      - Coordinate all aspects of meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and preparation of presentation materials
      - Manage daily schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for executives
      - Oversee special projects and ensure timely progress and completion
      - Collaborate with the HR department on project management support for various initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of executive-level administrative support experience
      - Proven ability to multi-task and drive projects from inception to completion
      - Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level positions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders
      - Familiarity with SharePoint site management and employee communications
      - Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols in handling sensitive information
