      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
      - Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
      - Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
      - Organize meetings and report back to the CEO on key priorities
      - Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
      - At least 10 years of administrative experience
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite
      - Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing presentations and materials ready for client and executive management
      - Background in the real estate industry or related fields
      - Ability to work independently and handle critical deadlines effectively
      - Familiarity with task management software
