      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts and organizing logistics
      - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist with presentations through research and editing
      - Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for executives
      - Organize team events, offsite meetings, and handle purchasing and expense reporting
      - Provide administrative support including maintaining filing systems and managing incoming communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
