      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing tasks to align with company growth objectives
      - Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries for maximum efficiency
      - Prepare detailed agendas, briefing materials, and summaries for meetings to anticipate the CEO's needs
      - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders while maintaining professional relationships
      - Draft and edit internal communications and content for the CEO's thought leadership presence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in wellness, CPG, or startup environments
      - Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
      - Mastery of calendar management and strategic scheduling decisions
      - Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and social media platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background or strong interest in wellness, herbal medicine, or natural health
      - Experience in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
      - Familiarity with content management systems and design tools (e.g., Canva, Notion)
      - Previous experience managing thought leadership content or executive communications
      - Entrepreneurial mindset and experience supporting CEOs through fundraising or scaling phases
