      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, coordinate travel logistics, and organize the inbox for the Chief Product Officer
      - Design and maintain systems that enhance clarity and efficiency in team communications and project management
      - Prepare for key internal meetings by drafting talking points and curating briefing materials for the CPO
      - Track and manage cross-functional action items to ensure timely follow-ups and accountability
      - Support the broader leadership team with logistical and strategic assistance on various projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or cross-functional environments
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful in dynamic situations
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and empathy
      - Proven ability to think in systems and simplify complexity through effective tools and processes
      - A commitment to fostering a positive team culture and supporting high-performing teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in roles that require a high degree of emotional intelligence and discretion
      - Familiarity with tools such as Coda and Google Slides for effective project management and presentations
