      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain partner calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, deadlines, and travel
      - Prepare, review, and submit billing time entries accurately and in a timely manner
      - Assist with client invoicing, billing corrections, and fee adjustments as needed
      - Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence, reports, and internal documents
      - Serve as a liaison between partners, attorneys, staff, and external contacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a law firm or professional services environment
      - Knowledge of iTimekeep and time entry procedures
      - Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
      - High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
