What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily operations of the Capital Planning Facilities office independently
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, and logistics for executives and senior leadership
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to comply with regulations
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Track meeting action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree
- Six to eight years of experience in executive-level administrative support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
