      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales enablement initiatives and manage inside sales operations, distribution channels, and strategic account management teams
      - Partner with digital platform teams to deliver sales enablement projects and coordinate activities
      - Develop and manage strategic sales initiatives and business relationships with key distributors and corporate accounts
      - Optimize sales enablement strategies and resources to empower sales teams for increased productivity
      - Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer outreach teams to drive compliance and product sales growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business operations within the Animal Health market
      - At least 10 years of people management experience
      - Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills to garner support for key initiatives
      - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of companion animal and equine markets
      - Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders
      - Strong financial acumen and budget planning skills
      - Demonstrated technology proficiency, including MS Suite and Customer Relationship Management tools
      - Ability to travel up to 75% as needed; proximity to a major airport preferred
