      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the long-term care (LTC) resident care team
      - Promote employer products by delivering compliant clinical and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs
      - Identify and address customer questions, concerns, and objections using advanced selling skills
      - Develop and execute territory business/action plans leveraging data to maximize impact
      - Collaborate with sales management and cross-functional partners to address business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
      - Proven leadership, mentorship, and role-model capabilities at a regional level
      - Strong business acumen, organization, and self-motivation with a business ownership mentality
      - Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; ability to travel independently by air up to 80% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist role
      - Minimum of 12 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in complex/account-based selling for Executive Specialist role
      - In-depth knowledge of neuroscience and LTC market dynamics
