      We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Partner Care Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated Shops Department based in Malaysia Shared Service Centre. Our Shops Department oversees the end-to-end grocery and retail partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management.       Roles and Responsibilities

      • Responsible for the Hong Kong foodpandamall’s partner account creation, daily administration and database maintenance.
      • Execute content quality tasks such as proofreading and performing quality checks on the content displayed on our platform interface
      • Work closely with the Account Management team to identify and resolve any quality issues
      • Facilitate Account Management team on vendor-related matters such as contract preparation, monitor smooth contract signing procedure for our partners and proper documentation promptly
      • Execute & support related ad-hoc tasks.

      Qualifications and Requirements

      • Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
      • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service or client-facing role
      • Fresh graduate candidates are also welcome to apply
      • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner vendors’ needs
      • Detail-oriented, demonstrates professional, positive, resilience and can-do attitude.
      • Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite, prior experience in using Salesforce would be an advantage
      • Good command of spoken & written English
      • Proficiency in spoken Chinese (Cantonese)
      • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
