- Partner with Search team members to scope and lead retained search projects from kick-off through placement.
- Serve as a client-facing consultant, building relationships with key stakeholders such as CEOs, CHROs, and board members.
- Align on role specifications, develop position profiles, and drive end-to-end search delivery.
- Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify and engage top-tier executive talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments, synthesize candidate insights, and prepare high-quality client presentations.
- Coordinate with internal research support (where applicable) and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retained executive search, leadership advisory, or senior-level recruitment.
- Demonstrated success leading searches for executive and board-level roles.
- Strong consulting presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative, and agile team structure.
- Professional maturity, discretion, and the ability to engage credibly with senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Position Summary
The Executive Recruiter is a key member of a small, specialized retained search team operating within the larger Keystone organization. This role is responsible for independently managing and executing retained executive search engagements, including client communication, candidate evaluation, and search delivery.
The consultant brings subject matter expertise in executive recruitment and serves as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and collaboration with both internal team members and external client contacts.
*This is a 1099 contractor position.
