      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage executive escalations and incident management by investigating and resolving customer concerns across multiple channels
      - Handle multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing customer service
      - Communicate effectively with customers regarding escalated concerns, including on public and social media platforms
      - Analyze situations to determine the best possible outcomes and propose settlement agreements
      - Log and track issues in multiple systems for reporting purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience, or 2+ years in business analysis, research, or related fields
      - 2+ years of experience in business writing or consumer relations with escalation experience
      - ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's license) required within the first 90 days of hire
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (Spanish/English)
      - Understanding of client contracts, operations, and company products & services
