      Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Specialist to support the Head of Consumer Payments and Deposits. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and excels at managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

      In this role, you will:

      • Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel while ensuring alignment with priorities.

      • Prepare meeting agendas, edit presentations, and coordinate briefing materials.

      • Coordinate travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations.

      • Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items for ongoing initiatives, ensuring the executive stays informed and prepared.

      • Maintain records, files, and documents with impeccable organization.

      • Manage expense reporting.

      • Draft, review, and edit correspondence and reports with precision and professionalism.

      • Plan and execute logistics for meetings and team offsites, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.

      • Identify and address operational challenges before they arise, offering innovative solutions.

      • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

      • Familiarity with Workday

      • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

      • Experience building effective partnerships with senior leadership and internal partners

      • Experience handling calendars and managing expense reimbursement

      • Professional written and verbal communication skills

      Pay Range

      Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

      $38.65 - $68.75
