      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, pursue, and close new commercial landscape maintenance opportunities, including HOAs, office parks, multifamily, and retail properties
      - Build strong, trust-based partnerships with property owners, managers, and developers to ensure long-term client satisfaction
      - Represent the employer at industry associations, trade events, and community organizations to expand visibility and generate leads
      - Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop, present, and negotiate customized maintenance proposals
      - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and activity updates in CRM and report performance to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales experience in the commercial landscaping industry, specifically in maintenance services
      - Deep understanding of landscape maintenance operations, including estimating and seasonal maintenance needs
      - Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
      - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with enhancements and irrigation sales
      - Highly self-motivated and organized with excellent follow-up discipline
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
      - Comfortable working independently in the field and managing time effectively
