What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify prospective clients and maintain a healthy pipeline of project opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand service offerings
- Serve as a liaison between the Experiential team and RFP decision makers
- Craft and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients and prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the event and experiential marketing industry
- Proven success in networking and leveraging relationships for business opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established track record of client retention and organic revenue growth
- Strong understanding of market indicators and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
